Oldroyd green range of green roof membranes
The Oldroyd green range consists of three drainage membranes, each designed to deal with the requirements of different green roof types (e.g. intensive, extensive, pitched, flat).
Oldroyd Xv Green – Drainage membrane with 6mm stud height. Typically used on pitched green roofs.
Oldroyd Xv20 Green – Drainage membrane with large (20mm) studs. Intended for use on pitched green roofs of lightweight construction (shallow growing medium)
Oldroyd Xv20 GreenXtra – Perforated drainage membrane with 20mm studs. Intended for use on flat green roofs in conjunction with the Oldroyd Tp filter fleece / root barrier.
Oldroyd Multi-Layer Technology
All three membranes feature Oldroyd’s multi-layer technology, allowing the use of recycled material in the centre layer without affecting the strength or quality of the membrane. The outer layers are produced from a rubberised plastic, providing extra grip for contractors and resisting slippage on pitched green roofs. Other benefits include:
“X” pattern – embossed into membrane. Allows easy cutting and folding around details such as chimneys and roof windows.
Temperature controlled manufacturing process – ensures that the membrane will roll out perfectly straight every time.
